Our Fitness Classes

Classes are not geared towards experts or professionals.

Adult Boxing

Adult boxing is our primary workout class. We will have various stations set up to work different muscle groups or enhance stamina or agility, plus we will always include bags and a sparring workout with the instructor. After those high intensity stations, we do some cardio followed by cool down and stretching. Maximum size for Adult Boxing is 15 individuals.

Teen & Adult Boxing

We will have various stations set up to work different muscle groups or enhance stamina or agility, plus we will always include bags and a sparring workout with the instructor. After those high intensity stations, we do some cardio followed by cool down and stretching. We especially invite teens to this class, though adults are welcome too.

Youth Boxing

This class is geared towards younger children ages 5 to 12 and will involve learning basic boxing moves as well as other fun kids games.

Insanity Live

INSANITY® LIVE is extreme cardio conditioning for every fitness level. Together, you'll build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and develop precision and speed without lifting a single weight.

Country Heat Live

Country Heat LIVE is our first ever dance fitness program. This high-energy, low-impact, country dance-inspired fitness class leaves you totally fired up and feeling like you aren't even working out! Each 50 minute class is packed with easy-to-follow moves set to good 'ol country music. Are YOU ready to become your best self and dance the weight away with Country Heat LIVE?
